ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Orders placed before noon will be ready for pickup next business day at 613 East Main Street, Gatesville, Texas, 76528. Orders can be picked up Monday- Friday 2pm to 5:15, Saturday 12 to 2:30. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates may vary depending upon the product and supplier. Shipping costs will be relayed during checkout.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders departing from our main store location are generally shipped within 3-7 days using. We do not ship outside of The United States at this time. Delivery estimates are from the date your package is shipped. While most orders do arrive in the estimated time, we cannot control the time frame for shipping once it reaches USPS.
USPS - Priority $ 9.99 - 1 to 3 day delivery
USPS - Priority Express $49.99 - Next day or 2 Day
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 15 business days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thesaltysenorita23@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will make every effort to arrive at a satisfactory solution as we take great pride in customer satisfaction.
